I did a study in Colossians a few months ago and created this blessing for the girls straight from the scriptures (chapter 1:9-14,) in a few different versions.
"From the first day I heard of you, I haven't stopped praying for you. I ask God to fill you with the knowledge of His will through all spiritual wisdom and understanding...
...I pray that you may live a life worthy of the Lord , and fully pleasing to Him...
...Bear fruit and grow in knowledge of God...
...May you be strengthened with all power according to His glorious might...
...with strength that endures the unendurable and spills over into joy and patience...
...I give thanks to the Father who strengthens and enables you to share in the inheritance of everything bright and beautiful in His kingdom."
