Feeling Quite A Bit Better

Langley's medicine worked pretty quickly and by Wednesday afternoon, she was playing.  I felt like poo, so we played dress up with some of her hats.

She is still not eating or drinking much, and is taking 1 or 2 extra naps a day, but we can tell she is feeling better.  I think the sudafed will help me, my headache and sinus pain is gone, so I can actually function again.  I do sound really stopped up and Langley has a gross cough, but we sound worse than we feel :-)

Things I will remember from Amber's wedding:
1.  It was freezing cold.
2.  How sweet the vows were.
3.  Langley hitting me in the head with her flower basket during the prayer.
4.  Josh embarrassing me so bad with his "dance" moves.
5. Maw-maw dancing. 

Yuck

Langley has strep.  We took her to the doctor yesterday.  She has been like a newborn - so lethargic- and sleeps all day and night.  I was very concerned because she did not eat or drink for 2 days.  So far today, she has done much better eating a normal breakfast and drinking a little.

By the end of the day yesterday I felt horrible, too.  I went to bed at 8 in pants and long sleeve shirt covered up with 3 blankets.  I had been freezing all day.  Today I don't feel as feverish, but I have some serious sinus headache pressure.  I think I have a sinus infection, but I'm going to try the sudafed PE that the doc told me to take last time.

Bless her little heart...

For the record, we made it nearly 13 months without an antibiotic for Langley.

I'm 1...

I fall down a million times a day...

 I get frustrated very easily and will throw a fit over anything...

 I don't want to play with any of my toys or ever do what my mom wants me to...

 I would rather explore and find all the dirty or dangerous things to get into...

 I am teething...

 I love water bottles and the remote...

 and the remote can double as a phone if I want it to.
